How to use:

1. Select the proper size ear tip to fit your ear canal. It should form a complete seal blocking out sound. This is critical to achieve the highest NRR rating and protect your hearing.

2. Compress the foam tip by rolling between your fingers. Quickly insert compressed foam tip into your ear before it expands and seals the ear canal. Hold in place for approximately 10 seconds to ensure the tip expands and seals the ear canal.

3.Test this with the headphone turned off: clap your hands and listen to the sound level. If the earbuds are the correct size and properly inserted, the outside sound should be significantly muted. If not, take the foam tip out of your ear canal and repeat previous steps.
